Miss Jane Marple vacations on St. Honore and stumbles onto three murders: two guests and an employee of the resort at which she’s staying. With the help of another guest, Mr. Jason Rafiel (who is wealthy, ornery, and very ill), she unravels many false leads and identifies the murderer. Once again, Ms. Christie, the Queen of Red Herrings, stumped this reader. One of Ms. Christie’s best mysteries.
