He writes about 10 goals that will help you to achieve all that you would want in life. The ones that I related to most were having a long life and health, a job that you love, how to overcome adversity, and how to be calm and composed no matter how hectic life gets. The last one is the one I have the most trouble with. This is another book to be savored and taken a chapter at a time.
