Ever After A Hot, Cold Summer/ By: Nova Weetman
I loved this book! This book was about a girl named Frankie. I got to decide if she went to London with her mom or a beach vacation with her dad. I chose to go to London with her mom. Frankie stayed with here mom and her moms friend. She got a chance to sing at a local theater with her moms friends son named Jack. They made a song together a while ago. Frankie overcame many obstacles in this book

What Looks Like Crazy…Charlotte Hughes

Dr. Kate Holly, a clinical psychologist, has a private practice that is peopled with bigger than life and sometimes dangerous clients. She is also in the midst of personal crises: an impending divorce, a n eccentric junk-dealer mother and aunt, and a pregnant stray dog who gives birth to a litter of puppies in her laundry room. Hughes knows how to turn a phrase so that it is dryly humorous. Janet Evanovich calls Hughes’ words “gold on the page.”

Little Pink Slips…Sally Koslow

The author, herself a McCall magazine editor-in-chief, introduces us to the world of magazine publishing. Magnolia Gold (nee Maggie Goldfarb of Fargo, ND) takes us along as she experiences the highs and lows of being an editor. We feel privy to the politics and interpersonal dynamics of a magazine empire while we are reading a fast paced, entertaining and interesting novel.
How much, you may wonder, is autobiographical?
