Something Borrowed, Something Dead

From Elaine Pasquali

Title: Something Borrowed, Something Dead

Author: M.C. Beaton

Once again, Agatha Raisin, private detective, is hired to solve not one, but two murders. The little village not only stonewalls her efforts but is also hostile to her and her assistants. Attempts are made on their lives. Agatha’s concern for her employees’ safety reveals her usually hidden softer side. Just when the murderers are apprehended, the plot takes a surprising twist. A very enjoyable book.
