A Lifetime in One Night

In the Last Night at the Lobster by Stewart O’Nan, Manny goes through the daily routine of managing at the Red Lobster, except there is snow storm; he is short staffed and it is the last night the restaurant will be open for business. While battling the elements, he reflects on his life, his employees and tries to make sense of it all. It is a quirky, melancholy, heartwarming, and at times, humorous look at ordinary life and the choices we make.
